My Boston Terrier has developed lots of sleepy inhis eye and now one eye looks glassy. What could this be?

More likely than not it's not related and if he's getting older he may be developing cataracts. Is the "sleepy" a green color at all or is it white to yellowish? If there is any green color or foul odor to it then there is probably an infection there. In any case, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a vet take a look at that eye. If the discharge is infected it could be affecting his sight.
