I found this kitten and when i found him he had this lump on the back by the spine but a couple days later it went away and puss came out know a couple weeks later he has a other lump on his back around the same place know it hurt him and he is in pain and the next day he drags his back legs he is always hungry and drinks water and wants to play

Sounds like he had bite wounds infection and damge to his back. Get him checked out by a vet
