My 19 year old cat's third eye lid in her left eye has not completely opened. This just happend recently. She is shaking, wobbly, walks crooked and her head bobbles alot. I am going to take her to a vet, but I want to know what to expect.

Hello there, sorry to hear about your cat. Sounds like she has a neurological condition. If all 4 legs are wobbly, it is probably more likely in the brain or neck. There are many conditions that can affect the neurological system but in her case, given her age, a tumour and a stroke would be highest on my list of possibilities. If it is a stroke, many of them will start to improve over 48 hours, but unfortunately some won't. In the case of a tumour, unfortunately this is usually bad news. Some can be removed surgically but it depends whether she is a good candidate for anaesthesia or not (your vet can tell you this with a physical exam and blood tests). The best way to image the brain and see what's happening inside is to do an MRI scan which involves a general anaesthetic. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have further questions!
