Our cocker has super bloodshot eyes and I was wondering if she may have a medical condition. There is no seepage/oozing from her eyes except the normal "cocker tears".

Please make an appointment to have her checked by your vet. There are many possibilities such as... conjunctivitis, uveitis ( inflammation inside the eye), glaucoma, irritation, allergies, dry eye.
I would rather have this checked over by your vet just to make sure that one of the more serious conditions isn't going on. I actually had a patient last week who presented with red eyes who ended up having uveitis and in this particular case was caused by leptospirosis ( which is a systemic infection often carried by racoons). This patients life and eyesight was saved as the owner brought her in for the red eyes early enough.
Good luck
let me know how you get on

I would definitely take her to a veterinarian and have her intraoccular pressure in both eyes checked (glaucoma), as well as the shirmer tear test (dry eye).
It could be a variety of things with her symptoms, but with her breed I would be most concerned about these two.

My cocker has the same thing with her eyes, she gets the bloodshot look at night mostly, she was also diagnosed with lupus.

My dog, Buz, came from the SSPCA. He was given a clean bill of health, however, his eye's were very blood shot. Now, after a couple of months of healthy eating (veges, herbs, protien, vege oil, bulked up with a bit of carbohydrate - as much vatiety as possible. All freshly cooked) and lots of exercise in the country, his eye's are clear and bright.
