My cat is breathing but not moving...she will not stand up and she has thrown up a couple times. Is there anything I can do to help...I have no car or money right now to take her to the Vet.

I am sorry your cat is doing this. THere is really nothing you can do at home for her except be there for her and make sure she is warm and comfortable. Make sure her food, water and litter are all nearby for her too. THere are so many possibilities of problems here that she really would need a physical exam and possibly further tests to see what is wrong in order to know how to help her.
