my cat has been throwing up and it is bleeding from behind. Earlier on today it has been making sort of growling noises. My cat is also drinking more then usual. What does this mean?

    Hi

Withold food for 24 hours, with plenty of water available, and then feed chicken and rice only for several days. If your cat seems lethargic and depressed you must take it to a vet ASAP as it could get dehydrated very quickly due to the vomiting and may require antibiotics.

I would suggest measuring the water intake over 24hrs so the vet has a quantitative amount to determine how severe the symptom is.
