Cookie is 9 years old and she won't eat she only drink water after she drink her water she vomit. she's been like this for 2 weeks what do you suggest

If a dog cannot hold down water without vomiting then something is seriously wrong and you need to seek urgent veterinary help. Your dog could get dehydrated quickly so please take her to a vet ASAP, she might need abdominal xrays.
