Find a vet - get online and you'll find one. If you can't find a local vet hospital, the Petsmart stores usually have a Banfield Pet Hospital within them that can help you (call first to make sure). It sounds like she has a bladder infection but it may have ascended to her kidneys, especially if she vomits. I would recommend getting her to a vet asap.
