Have you had a fecal sample checked yet by your veterinarian? I often find kittens with gas problems have parasites and they can be a big cause of digestive upset. Has he had any diarrhea too? What foods have you tried? I also try to encourage owner to steer away from canned foods when their pets are having this problem and switch to a high quality dry kitten food instead. There are many high quality foods out there to choose from but an example would be: science diet, royal canin, eukanuba iams. I have also had a little success with some probiotic supplements but the first step is to rule out parasites by having the stool sample checked for eggs by your veterinarian. I hope this helps
