A swollen abdomen can be a sign of a very serious condition called gastric torsion, and if there is a possibility of this she should see a vet as an emergency. It may be something less serious, although constipation wouldn't cause the tummy to swell like you describe. With the symptoms you describe i'd advise you to get her seen immediately, as if she has an untreated gastric torsion the consequences are extremely serious.
