my brothers dog has a chapped nose from licking it. It is supposed to be black but it is partially pink now because it is so chapped. (raw). what could i treat her with?

You can use a bag balm on the nose 3-4 times daily. Be aware that the dog most likely will lick it off, so apply and then distract for about 10 min. to allow it to absorb into the skin.
