Dog Limping

Rating: 0

My dog is not using his back left leg. He is walking on his other three legs but it seems that he is not in any pain. I have tried to move the leg and he is fine when I touch it and also I have checked his paws to see if there were any glass etc but none where found. He statred this yesterday evening and I have made a Vet appoitment for Friday. Any thoughts?

It sounds like there isn't a break, but there is the possiblity of an object wedged being between the pads or he has a cut that you may not be able to see.  His toe nails might have something wrong too.  Inspect his paw very carefully, clean the area and put him on restricted movement, i.e. tether him while in the home and keep him on a leash when outside.  Crate him if necessary.  See how he does in a couple of days and if there is no improvement call the vet.
