she is 6 weeks old and today her bowels are bad and often,they are jelly like and she wont eat i am worried.

    Get her to a vet ASAP.  A 6 week old puppy with diarrhea and inappetance is potentially very ill and will require veterinary care without delay to prevent deterioration of its condition.
