my dog gave birth last night but keeps vomiting is she alright ?

    The vomiting may be a sick of an infection in her uterus which can be pretty serious.   I would recommend bringing her to the veterinarian ASAP since she is now responsible for raising her young.  Bring them all so the the vet can make sure they are all healthy.

    thank you i am going to take her now, do you think she could have a dead pup inside of her?

    Could be - the best thing would be to let them take an xray of her to make sure that she's had all the puppies.  They may also want to do some bloodwork to make sure her white cell count isn't elevated (this is a sign of infection).
