stiff neck

i have a baby about five months old. i had ger since she was three days old. as she was getting older i noticed she wasn't walking correctly. she was dragging mostly. at about two months i noticed that her neck was crooked. i took her to the vet and he said it was a nerve that was swollen. he said she will be fine but it will take some time. he was giving her vitamin b shot, but it don't see any improvement. please help

    This is a subject that cannot be diagnosed on the internet.  What I would recommend is that you see a veterinary neurologist (your vet can refer you).  They would be able to help.  Wiithout seeing xrays, bloodwork and doing a physical examination, I cannot tell you exactly what is going on.  I can, however, recommend you to see a specialist since nerve disorders is their primary focus.
