my dog was bit by another dog and i dont have money to take him to the vet. What do I do? He was bit on his front paws.

It's hard to say. Does he have open wounds that required sutures, or only puncture wounds? If he has lacertions he will need to be seen. You MIGHT be able to get away with twice a day cleaning with peroxide and applying a non-stick bandage. Get an Elizabethan collar to keep him from chewing the bandage. Change the bandages and clean the wounds with perxoide twice a day. If he does not get on antibiotics you are running a high risk of infection and complications that will cost you MUCH more in the future than it would for an exam fee and antibiotics.
