The most likely cause is a viral infection. Has she had her vaccinations for cat flu? This would produce symtpoms like this, but other unrelated infections would also. Many times these infections need treatment as they can be more severe than human colds. How is her appetite? If she's fairly bright it's acceptable to keep observing her for signs that she is fighting off the infection, but she would certainly benefit from some medical help. A physical exam by a vet would also rule out any other, more unusual causes of similar symptoms.

She and her brother had their annual FVRCP+C, FeLv, and FIP 8 days ago and both were in excellent health. She developed these systems 4 days after the vistit. I took her back in 2 days ago to have a vet check her condition. She said it was a possible URI, gave her antibiotics (Clavamox) and an immunity system supplement.

It sometimes happens that mild symptoms follow vaccination, although this sounds more than mild. A concurrent bacterial infection is possible though. It sounds like she's having the best care and should bounce back soon. Let me know how she does..
