my dog is breathing very fast and shallow whilst resting then also whilst sleeping. This isn't normal for her. Please could you advise me as i'm very worried. Thank you. Nicola Hainey

I would take the dog to the vet. There could be heart problems that aren't diagnosed and you should rule out the heart as a possible cause.
