If he is vomiting back all the water and food he ingests, he should be seen by a vet with relative urgency. As he has diarrhoea also, he is likely to become dehydrated. Could he have eaten something toxic or a foreign body? He may have an infectious gastroenteritis, but it's important first to treat the immediate problem before finding the cause in this case. If he's bright in himself it's ok to wait and see, but more than 24 hrs like this and it would be advisable for him to be examined. Good luck!

i'm not sure if he has taken any toxic or a fireign body, he just came back from my cousins house yesturday, he was fine before he left, maybe he might have taken something from there, i'm not sure.

The electrolytes will definitely help if he can keep them down. Has he shown any improvement today?
