German Shepherd Joint Problen

we went to our local vet after our German Shepherd injured her hip they gave us rimadyl there was a sack of fluid in her knee now there's a sack of fluid in her opposite elbow and she's now limping on that to what do u think the problem is and what should we do

Symptoms: Lethargy, No Appetite & Anorexia, Pain, Lameness, Lumps And Swellings
