canine cardiovascular testing

at two weeks i took this puppy in for an eye infection
i recieved a prescription for drops
and the vet told me that it has a domed head with a soft spot and will most likely have cardiovascular problems and may even have sezuries
i want to know how soon i can have it tested? and what should it be tested for?
i want to know if and what problems it could have

    Does your puppy  have hydrocephalus?  If the puppy doesn't but just has a soft spot it could still close up and be normal.  This is a congenital problem, so you should make sure that you have the puppy spayed at about 6 months of age.
