Are you feeding him the correct amount? It is very easy to over feed puppies resulting in a very swollen tummy.
Please ensure you are feeding him a dry good quality food such as hills, iams, james welbeloved for puppys (dry is better for there teeth and gastrointestinal tract.
Is your puppie up to date with worming treatment? Abdomen and stomach swelling is a common sign in puppies with a worm burden. Please see your veterinary surgeon (as the ones in shops really dont work) He should be wormed every month until he is 6month then every 3 month via a oral tablet or liquid.
