my 13 week old chihuahua dog has gone really tired and she aint stopped trembling all day and she is acting really dopey. her nose is wet and she aint off her food what could be a matter

If your chihuahua is very small, they can often have a problem of hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. This can occur even when they appear to be eating appropriately. When the blood sugar gets really low, dogs will often get quite sluggish and tremble. Chihuahuas, particularly have an enlarged head and a liver that has a hard time keeping up with the demands of sugar production. The next time she has "a spell" I would rub sugar water on her gums and see if she perks up within a few minutes. Otherwise, a veterinarian should probably check her over.
