I keep finding brown garden worms around our house, could this be that our cats are bringing them in from the garden or can a form of worms look like this?!

The worms that cats get normally appear white in color, almost like spaghetti. These are roundworms. They also may get tapeworms, which look like little wriggling grains of rice. If the worms you are seeing are brown earthworms, then these are likely being brought in from outside by your cats, however it would be a good idea to have a fecal examination done by your vet to rule out any other parasites.
