Hi
You can take her for blood tests where they can run toxicology screenings, but unless you know what the poison was then it's difficult for the vet to choose specific tests to do, other than the standard ones that look for liver or kidney damage.

Thank you for answering my question; unfortunately she died so suddenly Friday that my family had her body taken away in case they said she had something contagious. We just didn't know what happened. But poisoning is what I believe happened to her while a stroke is what everyone else is saying. Can you still run a blood test on a dog who has expired three days ago ?????

Unfortunately not - it is too late for any organ function tests, but a post mortem exam is possible as long as the body was frozen soon after to prevent breakdown by bacteria.
Poisoning is far more likely than a stroke, that wouldn't cause death anyway, the dog would collapse and have paralysis maybe, but not sudden death.
