Hello there, unfortunately it is not easy to predict a dog's temperature by touching their skin. If you have a thermometer handy, you can check her rectal temperature, it should be around 100.4-101.8 F. If she is well otherwise, it is unlikely that her warm ears/rear are significant. I noticed from her profile that she experiences seizures? Sometimes they will have unusual changes such as this just before a seizure so I would watch her closely for the next couple of hours for seizures. Please let me know if there are any other changes and I will try to help you further.
