i dont know if she is in heat or not. her private area is very swoolen red and raw.
please help

From the picture, this looks much more swollen than a normal heat would cause. Is she having any difficulty passing urine? This could be caused by an injury or allergic reaction if it appeared suddenly, or if a more gradual onset, possibly an infection or growth. It probably should be checked out by a vet if you can get her to one.

i am not for sure if she is having trouble passing urine. i let her out a little bit ago to go to the bathroom and it seemed like she wasnt passing urine like she usually does. i know she wasnt like this yesterday. i tried to get her into a vet but i dont have any money till monday and no one will even see her

It sounds like you will have to hang on til Monday. Try not to worry- as long as she can pass some urine it's not an emergency. In the meantime you could give her some aspirin to reduce the swelling and discomfort, as long as she isn't on any other medication.
