My puppy about 2 weeks ago had his face some up swollen .. I treated him with antibiotics , benadryl ... Now he has absesses showing up all over his body , and his face (around his mouth) is really raw ...Any ideals what couuld be going on ?

It sounds like a allergic reaction to either something you have given him or something he has eaten.
Have you changed his food, cleaned your carpet with shake and vac etc. Please try to think of everything that you have used or done recentley , even if it is as simple as using a different washing powder.
If the lumps and swellings do not go down over a short period then you can go to the vets to have a injection of piriton. Please do not give him any antibiotics or any other medication your self as this could be causing the reaction.
The main area of worry when it comes to allergic reactions is does it affect his breathing? are the swelling around his throat , if so please take him to the vets ASAP.
