How can I make my schipperke more comfortable with coughing from bronchial scarring?

How has Kibi gained bronchial scarring? Is her diabetes stable ?
A few things that you can do is blend her food to a groul (liquid paste ) to ease the pressure on her oeshopagus when eating.
Feed her from a height (raised food bowels ) to help with easy swallowing.
Please also consult your local veterinary surgeon he / she may be able to prescribe steriods or pain relif which may also help
