Excessive drooling

My 9 month old beagle got into the trash while we were away today so hard telling what she ate and now she has vomited a couple of times and is excessively drooling. Do I need to take her in or is this just a tummy ache from eating who knows what?

Symptoms: Drooling, Vomiting

Hi there. Sounds like she may have eaten something that has irritated her stomach.  Whatever it is, it is likely she has brought most of it back up so as long as it's not something caustic (chemicals, etc), she may be ok. I would starve her (offer small amts water only) for the next 24 hours, then start feeding her small amts of a bland food (chicken/rice) if she has stopped vomitting. If she vomits much more or if she is not eating when you start feeding her, she would need vetrinary attention as she may have swallowed something caustic or just have severe gastritis or a foriegn body stuck in her gut. Hope this helps!
