my to 4 year old male cat seems to be having troubles going to the bathroom Hus belly seems to very tender when you touch it He is also very winning and crying this is someting new for him

Hi there. I presume when you say 'bathroom', you mean he is having trouble urinating?? If this is the case, he needs to see a vet ASAP, ie as an emergency, especially if he has not passed any urine. This is a common problem in male cats in which their urethra becomes blocked, all the urine builds up in the bladder, leading to kidney failure and more importantly, heart failure and death within a very short time. I cannot emphasise enough to you what an urgent situation this is so please take him to a vet straight away! Good luck, hope it works out ok!
