Sounds simular to a worming problem - most cats are born with round worms or tape worms off their mother cats need to be wormed everymonth untill they are 6 month old then every 3 month for the remainder of life. A simple tablet can sort this out.
Otherwise please check your cats food if it is of low quality then this can cause flatulence and not being full. Please do not offer food ad lib (all the time) as cats will eat all the time you should be measuring your food
