Hi there, if he well in himself otherwise, this just may be a simple constipation. You can try some metamucil (natural fibre supplement) in his food or water and give it 24-48 hours. If the problem persitis or if it has been happening for a long time already (more than a few days), I suggest you take him to see the vet as he may need an enema, etc.
