puppy sick

My puppy got in to candy and is now sick. Is there anything that can be given to her to stop her from throwing up?

    What do you mean by candy? Sweets or chocolate - Chocolate is very posionous in dogs and you should seek medical attention ASAP.

    Please starve your puppy for 12 hours and introduce a light meal little and oftern as long as the vomiting has stopped. Feed her this for 2-3 days and introduce her normal food very gradually.

    Puppies can become very dehydrated when they are Vomiting and with vomit , dirrohea normally follows if this is the case you may need to seek veterinary attention and be addmitted for intravenous fluid therapy (a drip)

    Please consult your veterinary surgeon if the vomiting continues for some time

    Please keep a close eye on her as if the vomiting is violent then sometimes they can aspirate the vomit into there lungs and get a infection which can be very serious
