I HAVE AN OLDER CHIHUAHUA WHO IS ABOUT 9 YRS OLD AND IS NOT ACTING NORMAL...SHE HASNT EATEN OR DRANK IN ABOUT 12-16 HRS...SHE IS BREATHING HEAVILY ALMOST LIKE W/ BRONCHITIS BUT SHE HAS A NORMAL TEMP...WHAT COULD THIS BE AND DOES SHE NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!?
