Hello sorry to hear your problem. Vasaline intensive gel (the oil one that we use for our lips) can be used or sudocrem three to four tines a day. Be carfful not to block his nostrils but he will probally lick it off anyway.
Please bear in mind that there may be a reason for the dry scabby nose, such as parasites, infection or general illness and if it continues to bother him please get it checked out by your veterinary surgeon.
