rash

my dog has a problem hair loss on his back near his tail and on his legs. looks like a rash on the exposed skin.what is the problem?

    Sounds like may have some allergies to fleas. The areas described are #1 spots for flea allergies. You need to get a topical or oral flea preventon from a vet clinic. Do not waste your money on over the counter flea prevention topicals sold at grocery stores or walmart they dont work. Then treat the areas where the pets spend the most time iinside and outside.
