bald patch and sore on dog's head

i have a 6month lab who has a bald spot on her head with a red scab that she itches from time to time, she is wormed every month and also i use a liquid for de-fleaing evry month also. she has had this for a month now and it's getting worse, please help,

    She could have puppy mange or demodex. That needs to be diagnosed and treated by a vet. If it is an infection, peroxide and neosporin every day may help

    After reading your response I took her to my vet who confirmed it is demodex. Thank you for your help. Your diagnosis was correct.
