My dog has started chewing on his paws constantly, they don't look sore but the bottoms are all wet from his constant chewing and licking, any ideas?

Sounds like he may have some allergies. *I would make an appointment with a vet so they can better determine what kind of allergy. Could be contact allergy, food allergy or flea allergic dermatitis(flea allergy). Hope this helps. Please dont forget to rate my answer. AMY
