My 3 month old Persian kitten has discharge leaking from his eye and its making the fur around his eyes rough and hard/impossible to clean, and i recently noticed that he cant open one of his eyes all the way. please help!

He needs to go to a vet where they can do a opthalmic exam with a scope and possibly stain the eye to make sure there isnt an ulcer. Also so they can dispense the proper eye medication. The wrong medication could cause the cat to be blind. Hope this helps. Please dont forget to rate my answer. AMY
