my pitbull has a skin rash underneath her chin and chest area. What home remedies do you recommend?

First of all I would make sure that there are no fleas on her. Fleas can often cause an allergic type reaction. If not then you can try a dog shampoo with oatmeal for relief. Also you depending on her size you can give human benadryl. If she is a full grown dog ( 30-60 lbs.) you can give one human tablet (25 mg). Sometimes that helps if it is an allergic reaction. Be sure not to use a human shampoo on her as dogs are very sensitive to shampoos. Hope this helps.
