My min-pin is 3 and overweight. For the past several hours he has been panting non-stop and his heartrate is extremely fast. He cannot seem to get comfortable either and will stand up and just stare at a blank wall. What's wrong??

It's important that you see a vet as soon as possible. He is exhibiting signs of extreme pain, or difficulty breathing. Both may indicate something life threatening. Many times if they cannot breath well they will simply stand or sit with their elbows pointed outward. A high heart rate may also indicate pain or difficulty breathing. It's possible that something heart related is going on. He needs immediate attention to determine the cause of his discomfort. Hope this helps.
