my pitbull is shaking at times and some loose, slimy looking stools, and occasional vomits the same kinda stuff. what do you think?

Well it could be a number of things. Parvo comes to mind if the dog isn't current on vaccs. Pancreatitis is another thing it could be or the dog could be wormy. I would suggest a visit to the vet so the can do the proper bloodwork or tests neede to give you the best answers and treatment.
