possible infection after spaying

My 4 month border collie mix puppy was spayed 14 days ago, yesterday I notice greenish ooze around the external stitches, today it sort of scabbed over. Is there something I can clean the incision with or show I take to a vet?

Yes you can wipe with a little bit of Peroxide. I would take to the vet that did the surgery so they could make sure everything is okay and see if she needs antibiotics.

Thank you for your quick response and advice. Pandora was spayed at the Humane Society before we adopted her. Unfortunately they are not answering their phone today. So I think I will take her to the local vet.

You are very welcome and that sounds like a great idea. Good luck and I hope she gets better
