My miniature dachshund ate a thanksgiving dinner and is now shivering and sick. Awful diahhrea and is very lethargic. Should I take her to the vet or just wait it out?

I would take her to the evt it sounds like she has a case of Pancreatitis. It can be life threatening if not treated right away. Dont feed her table food anymore after this small dog tend to be more sensitive to human food. Take her to the vet.
