my dogs head is swollen more around the face not so much on the top of her head but around the face itself. please help.. i am relly worried

She could be having an allergic reaction to and insect bite or something of that nature. You can give Benadryl 25mg 1 tablet for a dog 15-30pounds 15-less 1/2 tablet 30-up2 tablets. If that doesnt help call your vet.
