my dog will not get up to urinate and is shivering constantly??

    It sounds like your dog could be in pain. It could have a urinary tract infection, could have pain from trauma, could becoming incontinent or could be painful from something totally unrelated. If it were my dog I would take it to the vet as soon as possible.
