Abrasions on neck

I just noticed missing fur and scabs/abrasions on my 4 year old cat's neck. I have another cat, 6 yrs old, who likes to wrestle with the other and bite the younger cat's neck. Could this have caused the abrasion? Should I be concerned?

Yes that could be the cause for the wounds. I wouldn't be concerned right now I would watch the wounds make sure they aren't swelling or getting warm to the touch or painful. Keep them clean and watch for any dranage if you see any of these signs and anything as far as lethargy no eating no drinking then call your vet.

Thank you for your quick response. She doesn't seem to be in pain, and the spot is not warm to the touch. Nor is she exhibiting any signs of lethargy or lack of appetite. I'll keep an eye on it now that I know it's there. Thanks again, Happy Thanksgiving.
