My 6 month old boxer is sickly. He is not gaining weight, and I have wormed him and he had worms. But today he had an episode where he sort of fell over and threw up. What is causing this weird behavior?

He could be having a seizure. I sounds like he needs medical attention NOW!! I wouldn't even hesitate taking him to a vet.
