Should I treat all 3 cats for ringworm if only one has it?

I would treat the one and then watch the others for signs of ringworm. Most vets if you have already paid for one exam and explain the situation then they should beable to prescribe more medication for the other 2 if needed later or it wont hurt them to all be treated at the same time it can get a little costly though.
